It was a dark, stormy night, when I ran out of gas near a big ramshackle old house on a dark deserted highway.

His need to feed was all-consumming and the most likely candidate was leaving the bar. Alone. He could see the warm human blood pulsing through her veins as he followed her out the door.

Annabelle wasn't sure what was so different about Alexander, the new boy in her class at night school: it wasn't that his skin, which was the color of moonlight, contrasted so vividly with his jet black hair and crimson lips; it wasn't that the pupils of his eyes were so large and dark and surrounded with thin irises that sparkled like gold -- it may have been that he just seemed so much more alive than the other students.

Did she know what she was doing? She walked into the dark club wearing bright red lip stick, a very low cut, silky red dress and her hair up in a very appealing tail. Perfect for me to grab and hit that neck with all the desire I could imagine. Would she be afraid or would she be turned on?

A miniscule globe of crimson, composed of the golden, clear liquid, plasma, and 10 million microscopic blood cells, each carrying life-sustaining oxygen. Ambrosia. One drop hits the floor. The frenzy begins.

The quiet murmurs in the cafeteria suddenly stopped and all movement slowed when she walked into the room. Their eyes met and for a second Logan thought he felt her in his mind, it tickled, like fingers rummaging through a catalog. It wasn't an altogether unpleasant experience and he found himself standing up, ready to follow her to the ends of the world if she asked. She winked at him with a teasing smile tugging at her lips and walked back out of the crowded cafeteria. The resumption of the hundreds of minute conversations brought him crashing back into reality with an unceremonious thump. The noise was too much for him to bear after the delicious quiet and he rushed out of the room, wanting nothing but to find the girl that had literally gotten into his head.

the smell of whiskey was almost as good as the blood of a new challenge. the night was young and the bar full of fresh new talent. even after 3 thousand years, christian still had never found the one girl that could make him stop from attacking and feel like a normal human being.

The glint of moonlight in her soulless eyes, the deathly pallor of her skin, the tint of blood covering her fangs all conspired to make me love her for a literal eternity.

I'm starting to feel better now. My strength returns with hurricane force as I feel the fresh kill pulsing through my veins. I didn't see that coming, but I should have. He put up a good fight, likely because he has been around, fighting my kind, since the dawn of time. Saving all those kind-spirited human souls gave him strength and led to his demise. In this world and the others, I remain in control. Now where, in God's name, did I put my lipstick?

My throat and my groins burned with desire but yet some part of me knew I mustn’t persists, in this moment where my dark yet spark full eyes saw deep into her bright soul I irrevocably understood this crazy little thing called love; for just like Jack I had found my Rose, for just like Blair I had found my Chuck, and just like peanut butter I found the ultimate jelly.
