God Hates Us All Book Being Published!

It appears that Simon & Schuster is publishing Hank Moody's "God Hates Us All" on September 15, 2009. Does anybody else have anymore info on this? It's 288 pages, is this an actual novel? It lists Hank Moody as the author but I'm wondering who really wrote it. It also lists a guy named Jonathan Grotenstein as a writer on the book. I have no clue who that is but it looks like he put out a few gambling books or something. Either way I'm excited that they're putting out the book, I'll pick it up.
