Episode summary: | Hank is back with Karen, making a go at a healthy, normal relationship - which isn't easy when it seems all the stray trim in Hollywood is lurking just inside his peripheral vision. With his daughter pulling away, he becomes increasingly worried he'll fuck up everything he thought he wanted. To top it off, a painful vasectomy drives him to sedation.
